It’s as easy as mixing the pastes, placing in molds and popping them right into your mouth. The sooner you send your molds back the sooner you receive your clear trays and the closer you are to a whiter smile!

The whitening process is super simple. Brush your teeth with water only & floss prior. You squeeze a little gel on each mold and pop them into your mouth and leave on anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours. I typically stuck with 30 minutes upto 1 hour each time because I have somewhat sensitive teeth so it just was the most comfortable choice for me.
Afterwards you would rinse out your mouth + brush normally (trays also). The directions state to then apply the desensitizing gel the same way as the whitening gel but just for about 15 minutes.

I did during just a little but so I stopped using every day + used the sensitivity gel they give you and I was fine! I typically have very sensitive teeth too so I was pleased.
That’s good to know dear. I’m a dentist so I wanted to know about this product as I usually do it in the office. It’s normal to get sensitivity afterwards. I can take not even the mildest dose. Extra sensitive. Plus I love coffee and red wine. Yikes!
