Staying Calm with CALM by Natural Vitality

What do we do when we are under stress? Ill be the first to say, I begin to panic. I’m always the one who overthinks everything, who tries to find a solution within the first moments of a problem arising. This is a no-no. I’m learning to not be so uptight and high strung. I’m learning to let go and just take things in stride. To remain CALM and to relax.

I work two jobs and I am a full time Insta-mommy/ full time real mommy. Full time homemaker, 4 animals caregiver and trying to still remain a person on my own. Even when it feels like I’m just a house cleaning, nose wiping, dog walking robot, I’m trying to still find me time and be me.

It’s not always easy to find ways to stay CALM, especially in a whirlwind of chaos. I love my life, my family and most of the time I love my work but of course it brings me stress. My major problem is learning to unwind from all of this. At night I lay in bed and rack my mind on how to make tomorrow an easier, more free flowing day. I obsess over things that I can’t control or things that happened that I cannot change. I’ve never found a solution to just help me relax, until now.

Some of you may say I am chalking this up to sell the product, but hey I get nothing out of telling you about my crazy life and I get nothing out of telling you about this product. I just hope that even one reader will say, this sounds like something I need and I’ll try it. That’s what I did. Tried it and loved it.

Natural Calm Raspberry Lemon is the best!

Night times are not times I dread anymore. It’s not a time to dwell. I actually rest and look forward to my alone time after everyone is settled and asleep and everything is taken care of. I’m finally learning to just relax and CALM down with the help of Natural Vitality.

I have even tried this during the day. When I have a boatload of work to catch up on and the dogs are barking and I’m stressed about dinner or things I need to get done. It’s just the right amount of edge that’s taken off and it helps me focus better and get everything done that I need to get done. Lifesaver, maybe?

Most people don’t get enough magnesium, including many who already take magnesium. There are two reasons for this: the amount of magnesium required by the body is greater than people think and many magnesium capsules and tablets are not completely absorbed by the body.

Magnesium deficiency can be caused by a number of stresses on the body, including—but not limited to—lack of adequate dietary magnesium, emotional stress, some drugs (diuretics, antibiotics, oral contraceptives, insulin, cortisone), heavy exercise, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders and too much calcium in the diet.

If you’re having trouble finding natural ways to stay calm or relax, check out Natural Vitality.
